About this role

Belmar Health is looking to hire a diligent leader in Practice Management to help advise the business operations of our practice partners. You will be responsible for advising on administrative staff hires managing budgets and payments, organizing records, and ensuring that the practice delivers an exceptional patient experience.

You will work closely with Belmar Health's internal innovation teams to reframe and redefine what great primary care practice management is - and more importantly implement those insights at our partner practices.

To be successful as a Strategic practice manager, you should be highly organized and self-motivated. Top candidates will also have great leadership and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

  • Develop strategic and new approaches to managing the day-to-day operations of a primary care practice.
  • Advising and training administrative staff at our partner practices 
  • Developing strategic approaches to managing finances, including budgets and payroll.
  • Collaborating with medical personnel to develop and assess business strategies.
  • Developing seamless concepts for Monitoring inventory and placing orders for resupply.
  • Ensuring each practice complies with regulations while working with Belmar Health. 
  • Interacting with patients and addressing any concerns or complaints across hundreds of communities 
  • Working with internal teams to innovate the way our partners organize patient records.
  • Conducting regular staff meetings and reviews procedure 
  • Wok to ensure that each partner practice operates with better engagement, experience, and functions at their core

Practice Manager Requirements

  • Degree in business management or related field.
  • Practice Management experience, preferably in primary care
  • Strong computer literacy
  • Strong EMR literacy, preferably eClinicalWorks, Allscripts 
  • Leadership qualities, with good communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Solid understanding of financial management.
