About this role

We are looking for an experienced Media Director to design and implement advertising campaigns focused on lead-generation pre-awareness that responsibly scales patient populations.

If you have previous Marketing experience building effective lead-gen strategies, we would like to meet you. To be successful in this role, you should be familiar with different media types and how to perform lead-gen built to scale.

Ultimately, you should increase the public’s interest in our partner practices through thoughtful media campaigns and ensure our advertising costs are within budget.

Ambulatory lead-gen training, patient population specific media buying tools, and guidance will be provided upon hire.


  • Work alongside our Machine Learning engineer to develop proprietary patient growth initiative systems 
  • Work alongside our Senior Data Engineer to improve approach, reporting, and direction for our partner practices patient lead-gen strategies 
  • Determine the best platform for lead-gen strategies
  • Monitor campaigns
  • Regularly report advertising campaign results to partner practices (including revenues and costs)
  • Optimize advertising strategies for varying patient populations and channels
  • Design and review advertising budgets in collaboration with the designated Analyst for said partner practice 
  • Prepare additional promotional projects to support patient growth
  • Create new campaigns to reach a broader audience
  • Ensure a cohesive advertising message across campaigns
  • Build long-term relationships with media influencers to promote our brand


  • Proven senior work experience as a Media Director, Media Planner, or similar role
  • Knowledge of different types of media channels
  • Demonstrable experience with building effective lead-generation campaigns
  • Great familiarity with digital marketing
  • Working knowledge of analytics tools 
  • Experience with budget planning and KPIs
  • Ability to manage and combine data
  • Strong decision-making skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • BSc in Marketing, Business Administration or similar field
