About this role

Belmar Health is looking for a dedicated and experienced primary care physician to assist partner practices in implementing projects designed with Belmar Health. Implementation responsibilities include helping partners with hands-on tasks during rollout, recommending effective techniques, and working with partners to their skills around the implementation of new ideas. You should also be able to address any concerns partners may have regarding the feasibility, cost, and approach to new strategies.

We are looking for attentive, conscientious candidates with training in diverse medical areas to heavily assist primary care functions. Ultimately, outstanding implementation support should be able to build rapport with partner practices and demonstrate excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills that are clinically prioritized.  

Responsibilities

Responsibilities will include helping develop new models, approaches, technique, and strategy for the primary care functions listed below alongside engineers, data scientists, and developers: 

  • Developing personal relationships with patients.
  • Creating patient-specific health programs that make use of historical data.
  • Monitoring and adapting individualized health programs over time.
  • Scheduling and administering follow-up examinations.
  • Making use of patient health data in medical analyses.
  • Offering comprehensive wellness exams.
  • Administering vaccinations.
  • Performing medical operations.
  • Education programs for patients in health management and disease prevention.

Requirements

  • Medical Degree from a fully accredited medical school
  • Completion of a three-year family practice residency.
  • Training in medical areas such as pediatrics, surgery, neurology, psychiatry, internal medicine, gynecology, and community medicine.
  • Board certification or eligibility in the designated discipline
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
  • Caring, attentive nature.
  • Good interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent quantitative skills.
